Many of the people who use this site are older adults, people with low vision or limited mobility, and family members reading on a phone. We designed it for them.

What we have done

• Large default type (18 px) and a "Larger text" button in the header
• Color contrast that meets WCAG 2.2 AA throughout, with buttons at least 48 px tall
• Full keyboard navigation, visible focus outlines and a skip link
• Descriptive headings, labels above every form field and clear error messages
• Alternative text on images and reduced motion when your device asks for it
• Core pages in English, Armenian, Russian and Spanish

At the center

The center has a step-free entrance, accessible restrooms and wheelchair-accessible transportation [TBD: confirm]. Interpreters and materials in large print are available on request.
